I tried to set 'Start as Admin' checkboxes for UpLauncher.exe and TestDrive.exe plus I've set compatibility mode to XP SP2 for both files and set 'disable visual themes and disable desktop composition'. I bought the game through Steam and it worked perfectly for about two weeks and then the servers gone down and were staying down for week or so.
